Last Friday he got in trouble and crawled under the desk. Up until this morning he said that after he didn't come out she flipped the desk while he was under it.
Today after the assistant principal talked to him she pulled the desk from over him and then turned it over so he would be safe.
I truely believe that she coaxed him into the differences in the story. When he told me it was not this and when he told the social worker he said that she flipped it, not the pulled it away and then turned it over stuff.
Regardless, though, if he was in a fetal postition due to a breakdown, I feel like she was wrong to flip the desk anywhere near him.
Am I out of line? The AP said she will talk to the teacher but she feels there is no need to look into it any further than that as she feels the teacher did everything right.
I feel like I'm up against a wall. Nothing Josh does is right and everything this mean old teacher does is right!
Thanks for any input.
